My tire light came on, on a Friday afternoon.. not when I cared about checking on it! But I decided to go to Gateway since I have been there several times. The service was exceptional.. both employees were very efficient..Robert and a young man also working were helping me. I was there in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend Gateway!

I visited Gateway Tire in Ridgeland, MS on September 10, 2026 and had the best experience ever. They have a new manager name Robert and he is Marvelous! He's very patient and has great customer service skills. He answered all of my questions, gave me a fair price for the service I needed. I have always had my vehicles serviced here but, never had an experience like today. I know Gateway will definitely increase its clientele as long as Robert is the manager. I wish him much success in the business and know Gateway will definitely succeed under his management!!

One of my tires has consistently been having low pressures after being filled. I brought it to Gateway to have it checked. Great customer service, I was in and out in less than an hour, and they found a screw and repaired the tire for free. I will definitely be returning here when I need new tires.
